Stage: Early-stage / Founder-led build We are building a next-generation AI-powered document intelligence platform focused on banking and financial services. The product aims to transform how institutions process complex, multi-format documents such as loan applications, credit files, financial statements, and underwriting packages—turning unstructured data into explainable, decision-ready insights. This is not a concept-stage idea. The platform is grounded in real enterprise use cases across banking, private lending, and insurance, with a clear path toward production-grade deployment. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who brings strong UX thinking and full-stack engineering expertise to help shape, build, and scale the product from the ground up.

What You Will Work On

Design intuitive, high-impact user experiences for complex workflows such as underwriting, document review, and decision support Build and own the full-stack application (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations) Translate AI-driven capabilities into usable, trustworthy interfaces (human-in-the-loop systems, explainability, auditability) Develop scalable web applications integrating AI services, document processing pipelines, and workflow orchestration Collaborate on product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy What We Are Looking For Strong experience in UX design for complex systems (not just visual design, but workflow thinking) Full-stack development expertise (modern frontend frameworks like React/Next.js and backend systems such as Node.js, Python, or similar) Experience building and shipping production-grade applications end-to-end Ability to work in ambiguity and take ownership as a builder Interest in AI/ML or prior exposure to AI-driven products is a strong plus Nice to Have Experience in FinTech, banking, or enterprise SaaS Familiarity with document processing, OCR, or workflow automation systems Experience designing products with explainability, compliance, or audit requirements What You Get Co-founder equity and ownership from day one Opportunity to build a category-defining product in AI + FinTech Direct collaboration with an experienced AI/Cloud Architect with deep enterprise domain expertise Access to real-world problem statements and potential enterprise pathways If you are passionate about building meaningful products, care deeply about user experience, and want to shape the future of AI in financial services, let’s talk.
