Préparer des propositions commerciales et des devis en respectant les contraintes techniques, budgétaires et de sécurité. Soutenir la gestion de projets : définir le périmètre, suivre les budgets et coordonner les ressources. Interpréter des plans et schémas techniques pour recommander des solutions optimales. Rédiger des rapports de visite et assurer le suivi jusqu’à la conclusion des contrats. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour les services liés aux transformateurs. Responsable de la conformité aux réglementations externes et internes, aux procédures et aux directives. Votre profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience terrain en maintenance et réparation de transformateurs. Solide connaissance de l’assemblage, la réparation et la remise en état des transformateurs. Compétences en tests électriques, dépannage et systèmes de surveillance numérique. Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas unifilaires (SLD). Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et aisance avec les plateformes numériques (ex. Salesforce). Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. In this role, you’ll travel across Quebec to meet clients, inspect electrical installations—primarily transformers—and understand their operational needs. You’ll collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals, identify new opportunities, and deliver solutions that balance technical excellence with commercial value. How You’ll Make an Impact Act as a trusted intermediary between clients, sales, field teams, and engineering. Travel across Quebec (20–30%) to meet clients and assess equipment. Prepare business proposals and quotes within technical, budgetary, and safety limits. Support project management: define scope, monitor budgets, and coordinate resources. Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to recommend optimal solutions. Write detailed visit reports and ensure follow-up until contract completion. Identify new business opportunities for transformer services. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Minimum 5 years of field experience in transformer maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of assembly, repair, and rehabilitation of transformers. Skilled in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and digital monitoring systems. Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLD). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication skills in French and English for reports and proposals.
