YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for providing support to the leadership team regarding any administrative tasks. You will require dedicated focus with a high volume of workload (data) and key deadlines for reporting. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Printing/photocopying of PM’s (preventative maintenance).
- Completing service entries and maintaining records in SAP/JDEdwards.
- Attend meetings, take the meeting minutes and submit to all required personnel;
- Compile and edit Agnico Eagle Corporate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly);
- Verification of service invoices;
- Validate all SAP purchase requisitions for the Maintenance Department.
- Update phone lists, crew lists and related documents for the Maintenance Department.
- Other duties as requested by the Mine Maintenance Superintendent or the Reliability and Planning Superintendent.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- High School Diploma;
- 3 years' experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

- Schedule: 5/2 (Monday to Friday) schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
