Position Description:

Location: Toronto

The CGI-GTO Toronto Network team manages network services for internal and external clients, covering LAN/WAN, security, unified communications, and cloud solutions across multiple data centers

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Partner with clients to analyze requirements and design network solutions.

Define architecture, produce documentation, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Configure and support networking equipment, including Cisco ACI and SD-WAN.

Evaluate performance, optimize network security, and provide operations support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5–10 years of experience managing large, complex networks.

Expertise in LAN/WAN, telecommunications, and network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Experience with network automation, Python, and Ansible is beneficial.

Ability to document, troubleshoot, and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Checkpoint, Palo Alto, or equivalent.
