About the role

We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and highly organized marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Social Media.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and execute digital marketing, content, and social media campaigns across live entertainment, theatrical productions, immersive experiences, touring projects, and brand initiatives.

This is not a purely strategic role. We’re looking for someone hands-on, execution-focused, adaptable, and excited to help bring campaigns to life across multiple digital platforms and projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email/EDM, websites, SMS, paid digital, affiliate marketing, and content platforms Support campaign launches for productions, events, exhibitions, and live experiences Help drive audience growth, engagement, and ticket sales initiatives Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, scheduling, and deployment across multiple projects

Create & Manage Content Develop and manage social media calendars across multiple brands and campaigns Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels Write compelling copy, captions, promotional messaging, and audience-facing communications Coordinate or create photo, video, and graphic content for campaigns and digital platforms Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, videographers, and creative partners to develop impactful marketing assets

Grow & Engage Audiences Lead social media engagement initiatives, contests, giveaways, and community-building strategies Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep campaigns current and competitive Help identify creative opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth

Analyze & Optimize Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, website traffic, and engagement metrics Track KPIs across digital, social, web, email, and paid campaigns Provide recommendations and insights to improve campaign performance and ROI

Support Marketing Operations Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, vendors, and external partners Support broader marketing operations, campaign logistics, and project coordination Assist with website updates, content uploads, marketing systems, and digital asset organization Help troubleshoot day-to-day marketing and operational challenges to keep projects moving efficiently

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related marketing roles Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms and growing digital audiences Experience creating engaging digital and social content Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills Experience working in entertainment, live events, theatre, music, attractions, tourism, hospitality, sports, or experience-based industries is considered a strong asset Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Experience with: Social media management tools Email/EDM platforms SMS segmentation Website/content management systems Basic SEO and digital marketing principles Analytics and reporting tools Paid digital campaign coordination

AI & Emerging Technology We are looking for candidates who are comfortable leveraging modern AI tools and emerging technologies within marketing workflows

Familiarity with AI tools used for content creation, research, analytics, automation, workflow optimization, and digital marketing execution

Comfortable using AI to improve efficiency, ideation, campaign development, and operational workflows Strong AI proficiency and hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools is considered a strong asset
