The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Part-time position status
- Permanent employment
- Uniform Allowance or Uniform provided
- State-of-the-art technologies/equipment (Cerec, Trios, digital digital dentistry)

SCHEDULE:
- 24 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30-4pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-5 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
- Experience with predeterminations and treatment planning
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
