About the role
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven customer experiences in both daily operations and special events Provide expert product consultations, prepare quotes, and actively drive sales performance Support event chefs during live demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and showcase Miele products Ensure the active kitchen space remains vibrant, welcoming, and highly engaging Assist the Store Manager with inventory management and operational processes Train, mentor, and coach Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales targets Guide team members in effectively managing client relationships using CRM tools and follow-up strategies Maintain high standards of product presentation in line with Miele’s brand guidelines Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Oversee visual merchandising to optimize customer experience and sales outcomes Ensure overall store upkeep, including cleanliness, maintenance, and repair coordination Monitor compliance with company policies Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment Minimum of 5 years of overall retail experience Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and presentation abilities Proficiency with computer systems and retail technology For more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
