Description What you’ll be doing
As a volunteer tutor with the National Tutoring Honor Society, you will provide one-on-one academic support to fellow students in subjects where they need help. Responsibilities include explaining concepts, assisting with assignments, and creating a supportive learning environment. This role helps you develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while making a positive impact on your school community.
Who Can Join:
- Open to 9th–12th graders who are genuinely interested
- 3.0+ GPA required
- No prior tutoring experience needed
Commitment:
- Flexible schedule—you choose when to tutor
- Each session is 30–40 minutes
- Minimum of 15 hours per school year
Benefits:
