You are responsible for full leadership of the team of Clinical Specialists that support pre-sales and customer education for our Hospital Patient Monitoring products. You would join the Clinical Applications department in Canada where over 40 Clinical Specialists support several modalities. You will work alongside the larger Canadian Sales and Service teams for customer satisfaction.
Your role:
- Direct management and utilization of the Clinical Specialist team on a national basis to ensure effective delivery of presales activities.
- Customer Education: oversee and mitigate national schedule and delivery of onsite applications training, go-live, and ongoing support to end user clinicians on the effective and efficient use of Philips products according to guidelines and proactive training plan and/or workflow analysis.
- Pre-Sales Support: oversee Clinical Specialist Team with customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, trade show support, and education events, specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and develop strong business relationships with customers to understand needs, business drivers, and develop training solutions that lead to a superb customer experience with the delivery of presales, installation, and post-installation support.
- Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient One Philips approach with the Sales and Service Team
- Develop and present customer training plans within education entitlements.
- Participate and collaborate on furthering business priorities, new product introductions, BU and clinical NA related project teams as required.
You're the right fit if:
- You have certification and registration in good standing with credentialing body as a Nurse.
- Minimum of three five (5) + experience in ICU, CCU, ER or OR.
- Minimum 3 years as a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar Healthcare customer-facing role.
- Home base located within or near the Greater Toronto Area is preferred.
- English is required and French (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of adult teaching, training delivery, and techniques is required.
- Some overnight travel is required (up to 40%). Some weekend travel as well as Canada and USA travel is required.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart . For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role.
Philips Transparency Details:
The total on-target earnings (composed of base + target incentive) from 85% to 120% performance achievement of target incentive is $126,000 to $174,000 per year plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. On Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
