Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Investor Relations (IR), reporting to Vice President Investor Relations and Pensions, will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our investor communications, enhancing the company’s relationship with the investment community, and ensuring that our performance and strategic initiatives are accurately conveyed to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with senior leadership to craft and execute the company's messaging and investor relations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication: Develop and deliver clear, compelling narratives for the company’s financial performance, corporate strategy, and key developments to institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Investor Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for investors and analysts, facilitating regular communication and managing investor inquiries.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, press releases, and other investor-facing documentation. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, shareholder activity, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior management, helping shape the company's strategic direction.
  • Board Support: Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key forums.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in finance, investor relations, communications, strategy or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to work at a senior level within an organization.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong interest in and understanding of financial markets, financial statements, and the regulatory environment for publicly traded companies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and senior executives.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
