About the role
As a Business Analyst, P&C Insurance, you will make an impact by driving requirements management and solution delivery for leading insurance clients. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
In this role, you will
- Lead and manage requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for insurance transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Leverage your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to support solution design and implementation.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.
- Support the adoption and optimization of Guidewire and other insurance platforms.
Required skills: what you need to be considered
- 8+ years of experience in requirements management, ideally within consulting or insurance environments.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
- Familiarity with requirement management tools.
- Experienced in process flows creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in or with teams based in Toronto or willing to relocate.
Preferred skills: what will help you stand out
- Experienced in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to insurance technology transformation or modernization projects.
