About the role

As a Business Analyst, P&C Insurance, you will make an impact by driving requirements management and solution delivery for leading insurance clients. You will be a valued member of our Insurance Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

In this role, you will

  • Lead and manage requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for insurance transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Leverage your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to support solution design and implementation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Support the adoption and optimization of Guidewire and other insurance platforms.

Required skills: what you need to be considered

  • 8+ years of experience in requirements management, ideally within consulting or insurance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (mandatory).
  • Strong experience with Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
  • Familiarity with requirement management tools.
  • Experienced in process flows creation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or with teams based in Toronto or willing to relocate.

  • Experienced in Agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to insurance technology transformation or modernization projects.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 – 4 days a week in a client office in Toronto, Ontario.
