Description

The Senior Construction Administrator plays a central role in supporting the construction division’s operational reporting, project pipeline visibility, and internal coordination across branches. This position works closely with the, branch leaders to maintain accurate project data, oversee reporting processes, and ensure construction opportunities are tracked and managed effectively. The role combines construction administration, reporting oversight, and coordination of project opportunities including RFQs and RFPs.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Manage construction dashboards and work with IT on changes and updates as required
  • Execute the construction monthly branch reports working alongside the construction leadership team
  • Assist the VP and Design Build Manager with construction department data oversight
  • Work with Data Consultant to maintain our completed project data for use by the estimating department
  • Support and facilitate marketing requests from branch leaders and construction leaders
  • Work with the marketing team on special projects as required by the construction group
  • Work with branch leaders on construction pipeline, labour forecasting, and backlog updates
  • Support the business development team on a monthly BD report to be added to the branch report
  • Manager and monitor the service team email inbox and distribute leads to the appropriate branch representatives
  • Manage, monitor, and update all construction RFQ’s with local sales leaders
  • Work with each branch lead on RFQ assignments
  • Assist in the construction RFP process as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction finance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with individuals across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work proactively and independently as well as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced.
