What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a fun, experience-driven buying journey
- Lead walkarounds, demos, and test drives that spark excitement
- Match customers’ travel dreams with the perfect RV
- Build long-term relationships with follow-up and genuine care
- Partner with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, or other high-ticket items preferred)
- Strong people skills – ability to connect, influence, and close
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based income
- Passion for camping, travel, or the outdoors is a major plus!
