What you´ll do

• Review and revise outdated engineering technical specifications using Microsoft Word to ensure compliance with current industry codes and internal standards.
• Standardize technical documents into professional Adobe PDF formats, including the creation of fillable forms and secure, searchable archives.
• Determine if process can be sped up.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews on modified documents to ensure "error-free" output before final publication.

What makes you a good fit

• Education: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Engineering or Technical Design program.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (Styles, Table of Contents, Cross-referencing) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (Advanced Editing, Form Creation).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a "proactive" approach to identifying system inefficiencies.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical changes and process improvements to senior engineers and project managers.

The salary for this role is $22.00 - $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
