Our Microsoft team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot studio.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to provide design guidance and contribute to solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to project teams throughout implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging in size and industry, helping clients drive value through tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Respond to pre-sales and technical inquiries, support solution demos, and provide product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and share best practices, technical documentation, and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design efforts.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of the code delivered.
  • Provide technical support / leadership for escalated incidents / outages to ensure that they are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, lead meetings, and ensure action items are captured and addressed.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure technologies to continuously enhance solution delivery.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience of building solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform (Model Driven Apps)
  • Proven experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform (Model Driven Apps)
  • Ability to write high-quality specifications and technical analysis documents.
  • Experience in developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience in developing, deploying and integrating other systems into the Dynamics 365 architecture using tools such as REST APIs, Azure Functions.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 SDK to build plugins, custom workflows, and applications.
  • Familiarity with web development (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, JSON).
  • Experience with additional Microsoft platforms SharePoint integration, Azure environment provisioning, Azure B2C.
  • Experience reviewing business and technical requirements analysis.
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $127,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
