Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervise daily activities of floorhands, labourers and helpers . Maintain equipment and supplies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
