How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide Healthcare is currently recruiting a Networking Infrastructure Specialist to lead the architectural design, deployment, and sustainment of our core network and telecommunications infrastructure. This role serves as a principal technical resource, performing requirements analysis, conducting architectural reviews, and providing support for complex inter-domain challenges across routing, switching, next-generation firewalls, and secure VPN topologies. You'll drive the integration of diverse network technologies to ensure resilient and scalable solutions aligned with evolving business demands.
- Architect, implement, configure, and maintain LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and cloud-native networking (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure VNet).
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
- Lead incident resolution for critical network infrastructure, conducting root cause analysis to minimize MTTR.
- Participate in reviewing and optimizing network operations, recommending improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configuration baselines, and SOPs.
- Design and enforce network security using firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control mechanisms.
- Orchestrate network backup strategies and disaster recovery protocols, ensuring regular testing for business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless integration of network services.
- Maintain proficiency in emerging network technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide advanced technical support on complex network inquiries.
- Monitor network performance metrics and implement enhancements for reliability and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security policies.
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in network administration or engineering in enterprise environments.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
- Deep understanding of core networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, MPLS, and QoS.
- Extensive experience with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto, and in hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles, threat mitigation, and vulnerability management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
****This is a 12-month full-time temporary position, with the chance to transition into a permanent role!
