Adecco is actively seeking a Lead Restoration Technician in Calgary, AB, to provide hands-on leadership in responding to water, fire, smoke, and mold emergencies. In this full-time role, you will oversee restoration projects, mentor technicians, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with IICRC standards. • Pay Rate: $25-$28.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as water, fire, and smoke damage; assess damage and assign tasks to technicians.
• Carry out all restoration work in compliance with IICRC guidelines and company policy (water, fire, mold remediation).
• Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to technicians.
• Ensure all work situations are safe and in compliance with company policy.
• Maintain vehicles fully equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Keep the shop bay organized and maintain adequate stock of consumables.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and record-keeping for all jobs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary equipment and ensure PPE is available and used properly.
• Perform restoration work independently and accurately record activities.
• Support leadership duties, including intake of after-hours emergency calls.
• Comply with all Red Dot Restoration safety policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Current IICRC tickets are a strong asset.
• Able to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various conditions (hot, cold, wet, dusty).
• Able to work Monday-Friday with on-call responsibilities (evenings/weekends).
• Willing to work mandatory on-call, overtime, and weekends as needed.
