Join NinjaTech AI as a Social Media Content Specialist to launch and scale social media presence through strategic programs, including influencer partnerships, product ambassador programs, and user rewards initiatives.
This is a remote part-time contract role. If you are in the SF Bay area, we'd love for you to work alongside our team - we work onsite 5 days and offer free meals and a great office environment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product (ex-Google), the Social Media Content Specialist will focus on managing Social Media channels and community engagement. With your help, we will position NinjaTech AI as a distinctive leader in the General AI Agent space, breaking through the crowded AI market to achieve strong brand recognition.
What You Will Do:
- Develop platform-specific organic content strategies to drive organic growth across all social platforms. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Create and post engaging and innovative content optimized for each of the social media platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers. Identify, coordinate and manage influencers and their activity.
- Establish and manage the Product Ambassador Program: recruit high-quality product ambassadors who align with our brand values and have relevant audience reach. Onboard new ambassadors, ensuring they understand our products and messaging guidelines.Maintain regular communication with ambassadors to provide product updates, content ideas, and performance feedback.
- Implement community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty. Identify emerging trends and opportunities for brand visibility.
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and engagement metrics across multiple platforms. Data-driven approach to measuring social media performance.
- Proven content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing creative, engaging, and on-brand social media content, including short videos
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Proven experience in building and managing ambassador and/or influencer programs, preferably in the tech or SaaS space
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current trends in AI, productivity tools, and technology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications preferred
