Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience leading a strategic, omnichannel marketing function within a high‑growth retail environment
- Proven experience building, mentoring, and leading small, high‑performing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing platforms, trends, and performance measurement
- Highly analytical with strong strategic planning, project management, and problem‑solving skills
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to be on‑site and travel within the Lower Mainland as required (some overnight travel may be needed)

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies across 12 dealerships and 14 OEM brands
- Collaborate with dealership leadership and internal stakeholders to align marketing objectives with business goals
- Oversee advertising campaigns to ensure brand alignment, performance optimization, and strong ROI
- Lead and mentor a small, entrepreneurial marketing team focused on brand management and traffic generation
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and contractors where specialized expertise is required
- Define, track, and report real‑time marketing KPIs to ensure transparency and data‑driven decision‑making
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Partner closely with the President of Operations to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and company objectives
- Manage departmental budgets by location, including spend allocation recommendations and annual planning
