When you join the team of BENOIT CHRETIEN – Vice-président Ventes, you’ll contribute to leading , coaching,and supporting the sales teams in developing revenue & profitability, your daily reality;
Collaborates with management and operations managers to establish and plan the sales strategy in alignment with objectives and ensures its implementation
Contributes to developing the sales skills of the Ontario team members through on-site training and coaching activities (self-coaching) and/or via phone
Helps to establish a sales plan (goals and activities) and monitors performance indicators.
Member of the solutions team for strategic account business reviews
Assists the team in planning and preparing brand and/or executive presentations for new business opportunities
Ensures the team utilizes the CRM for standardized processes and customer information management
Grows revenue through the acquisition of new strategic clients (prospecting, networking, social selling, etc.)
In collaboration with the solutions team, prepares the sales strategy for the acquisition of strategic accounts
Plans and prepares executive sales presentations for their sector in collaboration with the Ontario team
Builds brand awareness through a strong presence in various networking circles and on social media
Ensures healthy human resource management within the team, fostering engagement, motivation, support, and an optimal employee experience
Identifies recruitment needs and adopts an empowering approach to help team members develop their leadership skills
Enhances brand visibility through active engagement in various networks and social media platforms
Performs all other related tasks

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales management (transportation sector an asset).
Extensive experience in complex consultative sales.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate team members and inspire their commitment.
Experience in planning and organization, including setting goals and evaluating results.
Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate sessions.
Strong interpersonal skills to mentor the sales team and have a positive impact.
Strong negotiation skills to confidently and proactively seize business opportunities.
Analytical mind, enabling a clear understanding of potential clients' business objectives and challenges.
Entrepreneurial attitude to find ways to overcome barriers to growth.
Ability to build and maintain a network of business contacts.
Bilingualism, spoken and written (French/English) is an asset.
Good knowledge of Office Suite and one or more CRM systems.
