Role Description As a Product Experience Lead, Healthcare SaaS & Medical Technology at SecureRx Technologies Inc., you will guide how customers and end users experience our medication vision intelligence platform across the product lifecycle. This contract role is fully remote and offers flexible engagement, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, clinical experts, and customer-facing teams. Day-to-day, you will translate complex medication workflow needs into intuitive product experiences, define user journeys, and shape requirements for new features and integrations with healthcare software systems. You will conduct user research with pharmacy and healthcare stakeholders, synthesize feedback into product improvements, and help design workflows that support clinical review, documentation, and accountability. You will also contribute to implementation playbooks, customer onboarding materials, and best practices that ensure successful adoption in regulated healthcare environments. Qualifications Experience with healthcare SaaS or medical technology products, including product discovery, requirements definition, and collaboration with engineering and clinical stakeholders. Background in user experience, service design, or product design for complex workflows, with skills in mapping user journeys, creating process flows, and simplifying technical concepts. Understanding of pharmacy operations, medication verification, or regulated healthcare workflows; experience working with pharmacists, clinicians, or health system operations teams is highly beneficial. Ability to conduct qualitative user research, gather feedback from customers and end users, and synthesize insights into clear product decisions and documentation. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams and present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with API-driven products, software integrations, or computer vision applications in healthcare is an asset. Demonstrated comfort working in a flexible, contract-based engagement, managing priorities independently and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as healthcare, pharmacy, engineering, design, business, or health informatics.
