The Role
The Solutions Management Lead is responsible for leading a team of Client Technical Solutioners to develop and deliver integrated solutions across Kyndryl’s Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services. This role plays a critical part in driving client value by owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle for defined engagements, ensuring solutions are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, and aligned to customer objectives.
The role requires the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across Infrastructure and customer Line of Business organizations. Accountable for solution integrity, the Solutions Management Lead oversees risk identification and mitigation, cost management, and delivery readiness for less complex engagements. The position includes a customer-facing component, with direct interaction and collaboration with clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Management Lead, you will collaborate closely with a global network of Architects, Solutioners, Client Partners, and Client Technical Advisors (CTAs) to co-create, design, deploy, and support reliable, resilient, and future-ready solutions. You will contribute thought leadership and provide guidance to ensure solutions meet technical, commercial, and delivery standards while supporting Kyndryl’s commitment to customer success.

- Experience: 2+ years experience as a services-oriented professional that takes a customer experience approach to delivery of our services to Accounts and Clients
- Sales Acceleration: Both client and service oriented devoted to delivering high quality Sales Acceleration experiences for our accounts
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative with cross-functional and, indirect teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Solutioning: Hands-on experienced with solutioning and delivering to client organizations. You know the difference between an OK solution and an excellent one as well as what it takes to improve
