Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Go-to-Market, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations and executing programs that drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Annual Health Assessment and Live Well Assessments.

The Role:

  • Support the Manager, GTM with execution and launch of multi-channel acquisition campaigns, including day-to-day liaising with Medcan’s advertising agency, manage stakeholder feedback/approval cycles, campaign tracking set-up, consolidation and delivery of campaign assets and testing prior to launch.
  • Input, manage and track all timelines and workback schedules for your projects, proactively following up and providing creative solutions to mitigate any risks.
  • Write clear and accurate marketing briefs for agency partners and internal creative & content team(s) that outline project goals, client insights, and required deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to understand business problems and apply creative and critical thinking to independently recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to share upcoming marketing initiatives and create a closed loop for feedback and insights.
  • Within the Assessments portfolio, proactively identify opportunities to engage clients while in-clinic and manage the delivery and placement of these assets.
  • Maintain detailed records of all campaign tracking parameters (UTMs) and perform end-to-end testing prior to campaign launch.
  • Execute ad-hoc and recurring email campaigns from end-to-end including requesting audience lists, developing email templates using Stensul (an email CMS), gathering stakeholder feedback, performing testing/QA and coordinating with internal teams for deployment against the established timeline.
  • Coordinate all marketing materials required for Assessment-specific events and sponsorships ensuring that they are printed, delivered and set-up on-time.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompts to test new ways of working with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business (marketing and/or communications focus preferred) or other relevant areas of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with a focus on marketing, advertising agency, communications or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, able to influence others to drive projects to completion.
  • Strong preference for proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management (Asana or equivalent), Salesforce
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution across digital ads, display, search, social media, email, and other marketing channels, with an understanding of KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is an asset but not required.

This is a full-time hybrid position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Saturday (9 AM – 5:30PM). Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby Osgoode and St. Andrew stations or a 10-minute walk from Union Station.
