THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Senior Analyst supports the execution of the company’s investor relations initiatives. The role contributes to financial communications, results analysis, and the preparation of materials for internal and external audiences, and supports ad hoc analyses as needed. The Senior Analyst works effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.
As part of a small and collaborative team, the Senior Analyst will join one of Canada’s largest publicly traded companies, a global convenience and mobility retailer, and a member of the TSX 60 with a market capitalization of approximately $70 billion (CAD).
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support ongoing communication with investors and analysts, including responding to inquiries and providing relevant company information
- Contribute to quarterly reporting and earnings call preparation, including press releases, presentations, and supporting analyses
- Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, conferences, and events, including non-deal roadshows
- Prepare and maintain investor presentations and other IR materials
- Monitor and analyze equity research, consensus estimates, industry trends, and peer performance
- Track investor interactions and maintain the investor relations CRM and related databases
- Compile and communicate investor and analyst feedback to management, particularly in relation to peer reporting
- Support the development of external communications, including press releases, website updates, and other IR-related content
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support management and IR initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields
- Experience within a public company or advisory environment is an asset
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong analytical and financial literacy skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements and equity research
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, IR Insight, or similar tools is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and capable of working both independently and within a team
Language skills:
- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
