What you will do:
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist on the Ontario & Atlantic Campus Recruitment team. In this role, you will be a part of the development, planning, and execution of the undergraduate campus recruitment strategy, activities and relationship building for the key schools in Ontario & Atlantic Region. You will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partners, Talent Attraction Managers and Campus School Teams.

As part of the HR team, you are the face of KPMG for campus recruitment! You will deliver a positive external image of KPMG to prospective students and successfully identify, assess and build relationships with “top talent” across our targeted schools.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with university clubs and career centres to enhance KPMG’s presence on campus while maintaining a portfolio of 5-7 schools

Represent KPMG on campus by engaging prospective students and support in the delivery and facilitation of pre-identification events, from information sessions, skill building workshops, and conferences, partnering closely with key external and internal stakeholders.

Oversee and assist in the execution of the full cycle recruitment process (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of intern, co-op and new graduate and in some instances, post-graduate hiring, including management of the full process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Monitor industry strategies; develop new and innovative ideas and initiatives to distinguish KPMG from its competition

Collaborate with the core and extended members of the campus recruiting team; develop and maintain relationships with the extended network of campus recruiters, as well as university representatives.

At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What you bring to this role:
- Experience and knowledge of Campus and Student Recruitment cycles
- Recruitment experience in a professional services environment would be considered an asset
- Excellent relationship building skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cooperatively with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles and approaches.
- Strong project management or event management skills with high attention to detail demonstrated through previous experience in event planning and/ or multi- stakeholder projects
- Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions and networking
- Highly motivated, with ability to deal with multiple priorities and activities; strong time management skills and ability to work within deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
