Professional Excavators is seeking a dedicated and skilled Earthworks Laborer to join our dynamic team. As an Earthworks Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our excavation projects by performing various essential tasks that ensure efficient and safe operations on job sites. Responsibilities Assist with the excavation of earth and materials in various construction projects. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen to complete tasks accurately. Perform site clean-up and maintain a tidy work environment throughout the project. Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools as necessary. Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures such as formwork and safety barriers. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a laborer role, particularly in construction or excavation is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to construction sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of excavation tools and equipment is a plus. Commitment to punctuality and reliability, with a strong work ethic.
