As a Server, you guide guests through a vibrant, high‑performance service journey — anticipating needs, elevating touchpoints, and ensuring every visit feels uniquely crafted. Key Accountabilities

• Creates a warm, polished welcome for all guests, setting the tone for an elevated dining experience.
• Provides accurate explanations of menu items, features, and preparation methods, ensuring guests feel informed and supported.
• Takes orders with precision, confirming details such as modifications, allergens, and special requests.
• Delivers food and beverages promptly while maintaining attentive, polished service throughout the meal.
• Engages guests to understand dining needs, anticipate preferences, and elevate the overall experience.
• Supports bussers, hosts, and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service rhythm during peak periods.
• Observes guest needs and communicates concerns or requests to management promptly.
• Processes payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Completes assigned opening, closing, and side duties to support daily operations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and guest‑ready service area at all times.
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and all regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with guests, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned or directed.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using POS systems
• Valid Serving It Right certification required.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming Worker License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to exceed internal and external guest expectations through timely, effective, service‑oriented communication.

This role requires standing for extended periods, working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment, and supporting operations during non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
