Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Sales. Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Write and edit advertising copy. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Work with minimal supervision. Provide customer service. MS Office. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments. Organize regional and divisional sales operations. Determine strategic planning related to new product lines. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Manage events. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Electronic mail. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Area of work experience: Marketing. Type of industry experience: Food and beverages. Area of specialization: Communications. E-commerce. Brand management. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Willing to travel regularly. Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is not available. Willing to travel for extended periods. Willing to travel overnight.
