We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Hardware Technician to join our growing team. If you’re someone who enjoys building, organizing, and keeping things running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.Key Responsibilities- Device Assembly:
- Assemble electromechanical products following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all builds.
- Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled units.
- Inventory Control:
- Track and manage inventory of components, tools, and finished goods.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Procurement & Shipments:
- Support the purchasing of components and consumables.
- Coordinate shipments of outgoing products and incoming materials.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure on-time delivery.
- Production Area Organization:
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Set up workstations and storage systems to improve efficiency.
- Follow and promote workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, inventory systems, email).
- Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe work practices.
