We are seeking a customer-focused Warehouse Supervisor to support the team at our NEW location in Moncton, NB.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will support operational activities for the branch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
What You Will Do:
- Support and assist the Branch Manager with warehouse operations, sales, and inventory by ensuring the warehouse team contributes to the highest level of customer service focus
- Actively engage to personally ensure excellent service to both internal and external customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Assist the Branch Manager by supporting operational results and goals, including supporting optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and ensuring customer orders are delivered according to our customer service standards
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers by dispatching trucks to customers and communicating with drivers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and management
- Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
- Other duties as required
What We Require:
- Two (2) years of warehouse management experience combined with five (5+) years of progressive experience in a warehouse supervisory environment managing 8-12 team members required
- Experience in aftermarket parts or heavy-duty parts is preferred
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse equipment (forklifts, RF scanners) is preferred
- Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – Able to learn in-house systems.
- Must meet the physical requirements: Occasionally lift to 75 – 100lbs, frequent standing and walking, reading small print and numbers
- Strong people management skills - you thrive on building successful teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills — you don’t just spot issues, you fix them fast
- A team player with a no-excuses attitude — you do what it takes to get the job done right
- Strong follow-up and accountability mindset — you don’t let issues slide.

- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail —accuracy and documentation are essential to success in this role.
- Able to work various shifts, including Saturday
