About The Mobile Shop
Join one of Canada’s leading telecom teams, The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., Canada’s leading wireless retailer. We are seeking Sales Representatives to work inside Real Canadian Superstore where you will guide customers towards their optimal phone and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility
Engage customers naturally without interrupting their experience Recognize the right moments to start a conversation Help customers understand options that add value to their everyday lives Build relationships with repeat customers over time Follow up and reconnect to turn conversations into long-term trust

A strong communicator who connects easily with people
Customer-aware and understands people are often busy and focused A relationship builder who values trust over quick wins Open to learning and improving (no sales experience required) Comfortable working in a performance-based role where effort impacts income Confident but respectful in starting conversations
