POSITION SUMMARY
The Creative Technology Manager bridges creativity and technology within Creative Operations, ensuring the effective selection, implementation, and management of technology solutions that enhance the creative process – With a heavy focus on Ai technology and associated platforms. This role involves developing technology strategies, providing technical support and training, staying updated with industry advancements, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives to support creative delivery. For example, managing everything from our current tech stack, working alongside tech to enhance it along with addressing any new tool requirements.
The Creative Technology Mngr role is pivotal in driving consistency, quality, and efficiency across digital and social design campaigns, while fostering strong client relationships and continuously improving workflow processes, with the use of AI.
The ideal candidate combines excellent project management capabilities with a solid Technical understanding of modern software platforms, cloud technologies, data, and artificial intelligence.
JOB DUTIES
Develop and implement a technology strategy for the Creative Operations team, aligning it with broader business objectives to enhance the creative process. Co-ordinate the optimization of current tech stack, working closely with the tech team to improve its effectiveness for the business, identifying and integrating any new technology tools that meet evolving needs. Oversee the selection, end-to-end implementation, and post launch management of technology solutions, ensuring they meet the team’s needs and enhance creative workflows. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Provide technical support and training to team members on both new and existing technology tools, ensuring they are proficient and capable of leveraging technology effectively. Manage client expectations and act as a technical expert. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and AI innovations, integrating relevant updates into the team’s technology roadmap. Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of technology solutions. Monitor and report on the impact of technology implementations on operational efficiency and creative output quality. Maintain a high level of proficiency in all current technologies utilized within the Creative Operations team, ensuring they are used to their full potential.
