About the role

Official Internal Job Title: Administrative support attendant Status: Regular Job Description: En tant que préposé(e) au soutien administratif, votre rôle consiste à assurer la distribution et l’expédition des divers documents de la Direction principale, à effectuer des recherches et à saisir des documents dans le système informatique. Vous vous assurez que tous les documents se rattachant aux demandes de règlement soient acheminés vers les bonnes garanties et aux bonnes personnes. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Décider pour l’ensemble des documents reçus à quelle garantie se référer et saisir les informations pertinentes ainsi que la saisie du courrier dans les systèmes appropriés. Évaluer les données des documents d’assurance vie et saisir les informations pertinentes. Enregistrer les données des documents médicaux reçus par courrier à la gestion de l’invalidité. Saisir et traiter, selon les procédures en vigueur, les documents acheminés à la gestion de l’invalidité. Procéder à la préparation et à l’expédition des chèques et des états de prestations de l’assurance salaire et vie en respectant l’échéance de l’heure d’envoi. Distribuer les lettres, formulaires et rapports informatiques aux personnes concernées dans leur pigeonnier respectif. Dans le site Accès /Administrateurs, saisir les demandes d’adhésion de certains groupes spécifiques et s’assurer que les documents seront numérisés sous les bons groupes et certificats. Imprimer les documents reçus dans les divers médiums de communication et les préparer pour la numérisation Démêler, trier, classer et mettre sous enveloppes divers documents. Rechercher et saisir dans le système, sous le groupe-certificat et le code de document, certains documents non traités par les agents de règlement. Trouver les destinataires des chèques et les distribuer à ces derniers. Préparer les boîtes de documents numérisés pour leur envoi chez le fournisseur de service. Exercer d'autres fonctions administratives sur demande.
