- Oversee the preparation of detailed and accurate estimates for ICI construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine costs.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Lead and mentor the estimating team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
- Evaluate project risks and provide strategic recommendations during the bid process.
- Ensure all estimates comply with company and industry standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and construction methodologies to maintain competitive pricing.
