Mid-West Meidl Collision Centre is seeking a skilled and detail-orientedAutobody Estimatorto join our team. The Autobody Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates, and communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage and determine the full scope of necessary repairs

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software

• Communicate repair procedures and timelines with customers

• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim handling

• Work closely with technicians to ensure estimates reflect actual repair needs

• Order necessary parts and materials when required

• Maintain detailed documentation and records of estimates and repairs

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an autobody estimator or collision repair technician preferred

• Knowledge of collision repair processes, materials, and procedures

• Experience with estimating software (e.g. Mitchell)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license
