Robinson Law is a growing Criminal Defence firm with offices in Ontario and Saskatchewan. We are looking for a full-time Client Relations Manager who will work in-person at our Downtown Toronto office.
Your primary duty is to serve as the initial point of contact and follow up with potential new clients (PNC) to convert them into retained clients, ensure they remain satisfied after signing, and collect outstanding balances.
You will communicate with PNCs both by phone and in person at the office. You will qualify PNCs and guide them through the intake process, ensuring all required documents are properly completed and signed. You will also follow up with PNCs after their consultations with the lawyer to maximize conversion rates.
In addition to intake responsibilities, you will support the firm's day-to-day operations by preparing court documents, maintain regular communication with clients throughout their matters to ensure a positive experience, and assist with the collection of outstanding balances by calling and email clients whose accounts are overdue.
What We’re Looking For You communicate well, you're available full-time to work in person, and the idea of uncapped performance-based pay excites you. Sales experience is an asset but is not required. Students and recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Familiarity and interest in the law is a bonus, not a requirement. You should be available to start on or before August 1 st , 2026.
Compensation Base wage: $50,000-$60,000 On-target earnings: $80,000–$120,000 Commission is uncapped
