Position Overview

As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in our restoration projects by supporting our technicians and project managers in returning damaged homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition. This is a physically active position where no two days are the same. You'll gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals on a wide variety of restoration projects.

Responsibilities

Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials. Clean and prepare job sites. Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements. Support technicians and project managers as required. Deliver professional customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.

Qualifications

Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently when required. Valid Class 5 driver's licence. Why Join Our Team?
