What You’ll Be Doing — Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of HVAC and heating equipment in residential and commercial buildings across the GTA Perform planned and preventative maintenance and respond promptly to tenant and building service calls Carry out gas-related work in accordance with your G1/G2 certification and applicable TSSA codes and regulations Complete admin workflows on work orders, service reports, and job documentation accurately and on time Coordinate professionally with property managers, building superintendents, and condominium boards Mentor and supervise apprentices, sharing your knowledge and upholding our quality standards Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all applicable health, safety, and building codes
What You’ll Bring to the Team — Qualifications & Requirements A valid HVAC licence (313A) and a G1 or G2 gas licence A minimum of 3 years of experience in the service and condominium / high-rise sector Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems Strong administrative skills: creating work orders, adding materials, communicating action plans to management, and documenting completed work The highest attention to detail and thoroughness A valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a clean or satisfactory driving record. Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices. Pride in your work and a commitment to doing the job right!
