Business Solution Analyst for Oracle ERP - Finance Remote Full Time Description

Must Have: Business Solution Analyst with experience in Oracle ERP – Finance
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or ERP Implementation.
Process Ownership, Business Governance and Large-scale international deployments
Methodologies: Business Process Modelling, Requirements Management, Impact Analysis.
ERP Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of modules (Finance, SCM, or CRM) and integrations.
Testing: Mastery of UAT cycles, E2E testing, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
Change: Knowledge of Change models and instructional design for training.
