About the role
As a Junior Software Technical Support Engineer supporting the Nokia Network
Services Platform (NSP), you will work closely with customers and internal Nokia teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues. This is an entry-level to early-career role designed to provide hands-on exposure to Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and large-scale network management software, with mentorship from senior engineers.
