About the role
- 7+ Years strong experience leading QA teams for Murex implementations and enhancements, with expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for Murex applications and integration testing.
- Strong knowledge of Murex workflows, trade lifecycle, interfaces, and regression testing across front-to-back office functions.
- Experience with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to mentor QA team members and drive quality best practices.
