Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in solving user and business problems through thoughtful design.
- Articulate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, researchers, and product managers—to translate requirements into clear design solutions.
- Create documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Support the development and maintenance of our design system in Figma.
- Contribute to motion design work, such as micro-interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance user experience.
- Apply WCAG accessibility standards to all design work to ensure inclusive and usable experiences.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate and improve product designs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
- Basic understanding of design principles and accessibility standards.
