Poste : gestionnaire de projet en urbanisme Lieu de travail : Gatineau
Notre client, une entreprise en croissance dans le développement immobilier, recherche un gestionnaire de projet en urbanisme pour joindre une équipe dynamique.
Vous serez impliqué dans la coordination de projets commerciaux, de l'analyse de faisabilité jusqu'aux permis et à la mise en œuvre, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes, externes et municipales.
Exigences :
- Baccalauréat en urbanisme (obligatoire)
- Expérience pertinente (urbanisme, municipal, développement ou coordination de projets)
- Bonne connaissance des permis, zonage et processus réglementaires
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers
- Français requis
- Disponible pour visites de sites
Autre exigence linguistique : anglais
- Niveau de maîtrise requis : avancé
- Raisons de l'exigence linguistique : communication avec les clients, soutien aux opérations dans une autre région, relations avec des partenaires ou des parties prenantes de cultures différentes, connaissances techniques ou spécialisées
- Fréquence d'utilisation : constamment (pour presque toutes les tâches)

Position: Urban Planning Project Manager Location: Gatineau
Our client, a growing company in the real estate development sector, is looking for an Urban Planning Project Manager to join a dynamic team.
You will be involved in coordinating commercial development projects, from feasibility analysis through permitting and implementation, working closely with internal, external, and municipal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning (required)
- Relevant experience (urban planning, municipal environment, real estate development, or project coordination)
- Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- French required
- Availability to travel to project sites
Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients, support operations in another region, rapport with partners or stakeholders from different cultures, Technical or specialized knowledge
- Frequency of Use: Constantly (for almost every task)
