About the role

We are seeking a Senior Adobe AJO and ACC Developer to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) , Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) , and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) for Rogers Data/AI. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products, hands-on experience with real-time customer journey orchestration, and strong proficiency in API-based integrations. You will be responsible for designing personalized, data-driven customer journeys, ensuring seamless activation across digital and OneView channels, and enabling scalable audience segmentation and offer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and identity stitching within AEP.
  • Develop and maintain XDM schemas and Experience Events for accurate data modeling.
  • Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Enable audience segmentation and activation across multiple digital channels.
  • Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys using triggers, conditions, and actions.
  • Implement real-time, event-driven, and scheduled journeys to support marketing automation.
  • Apply personalization and decisioning logic to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and optimize batch, triggered, and lights-on campaign strategies.
  • Configure and manage offer decisioning and delivery through JSON-based APIs.
  • Integrate with CITSLE APIs to send offers to digital and OneView channels.
  • Design, validate, and manage JSON payloads for offer delivery workflows.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable API communications across systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API transactions and offer delivery workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to align journey design with business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support for AJO and AEP environments.
  • Stay current with Adobe product updates, new releases, and best practices.

Technical Profile

  • 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, real-time triggers, and audience activation.
  • Expertise in JSON-based API integrations for offer delivery and campaign automation.
  • Familiarity with CITSLE or equivalent enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (v8.0) for multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Skilled in JavaScript and SQL scripting within Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CASL).

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Experience designing personalized, data-driven campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.83/hour - $77.86/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
