4 to 5 SHIFTS PER WEEK

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products

• Follow recipesand instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.

• Prepare and follow Cookie recipes

• Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.

• Learn and receive training to develop technique.

• Prioritize job duties based on importance.

• General knife skills.

• Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
