###Position Overview:
We are looking to augment our Renewal team by adding an Advanced Solutions Renewal Specialist on a full-time basis. This is a hardware renewal position, and this individual will support the sales team efforts in improving sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring asset management, quotes, orders, and customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contacting internal/external clients to discuss renewal terms, addressing objections and resolving issues.

Tracking contract expiration via internal and external vendor tools, preparing renewal quotes and managing the entire renewal lifecycle.

Act as a trusted partner to clients, track renewal opportunities via our tools, identify early signs of disengagement and collaborate with account manager to ensure the customer is happy.

Supply quotes to customers in a timely manner and within defined SLA’s.

Check purchase orders for accuracy against the quote or standards before expertly expediting them through the system.

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross selling and engage Solutions Specialist for their technical expertise to expand the customer’s contract value.

Educate customers on new features and programs, co-terming terms to maximize value.

Engage vendors to negotiate pricing that aligns with the customer’s needs while maximizing our margin.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multifunctional areas with other internal stakeholders
- University degree or College Diploma in a relevant program of study
- 2-4 years previous experience in a hardware renewal position supporting the following vendors, Aruba, Fortinet, HPE, Palo Alto, Cisco and Dell.
- Previous experience communicating and assisting in the development, maintenance, and service of large accounts is an asset
- Vendor product Certifications/experience with enterprise hardware, software and licenses renewal would be an asset.
- Understanding Enterprise Agreements is an asset.
- Outstanding written communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience with SLA and KPI deliverables
- Strong business acumen.
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Extremely well structured, organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
