What You’ll Be Doing You will be joining our CIBC Enterprise Programs team as a Project Coordinator in a dynamic split role. This position offers the opportunity to support both the ECRM (Salesforce) Centre of Excellence (COE) and large-scale programs within the Enterprise Programs ecosystem. You will play a key part in driving CIBC’s digital transformation by contributing to a range of technology initiatives and operational activities.

In this role, you will support Project Managers and Program Directors throughout all phases of the project and program management lifecycle for large-scale initiatives, including developing and managing schedules, tracking progress, and escalating issues as needed. Contribute to junior analyst functions within the ECRM COE, such as conducting Salesforce license analysis, reconciling Workday data, and supporting the management of documentation repositories (SharePoint and Confluence). Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional communication and follow-up. Act as an AI Champion within Enterprise Programs by promoting the adoption of AI tools and providing guidance to team members. Track and report on projects, make recommendations for risk response and resolution plans, and support project financials through reconciliation, anomaly resolution, and estimate updates. CIBC is committed to enabling a work environment where you can thrive.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview. A preferred candidate has been identified, however, all interested and qualified candidates are still welcome to apply.
