Job Summary
We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Chip Sales and Delivery
Representative for our Dawson Creek, BC operations. We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to deliver and merchandise Old Dutch products across grocery stores and retail outlets. This role involves driving a 5-ton truck, delivering chips and snack products, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver chip products within an assigned territory.
- Follow a predetermined route and schedule to ensure timely service and deliveries.
- Meet quarterly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend the most suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and company offerings.
- Complete all sales, delivery, and customer-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Generate new sales opportunities while growing business with existing customers.
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including completing pre-trip inspections and required driving documentation.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications

Valid Class 5 license
-
Driver's abstract must show no driving-related criminal code convictions in the prior 36 months; no more than 2 moving violations in the prior 12 months; and no more than 3 moving violations in the prior 36 months. The date of conviction and the current date will be the date used to determine time periods

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Proficient in English (both reading and writing)

Prior merchandising or route sales experience is an asset
Schedule & Compensation
-
Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

Weekends off.

Competitive salary base, plus a commission structure based on experience.
