In this temporary role you will be responsible to enter, validate and process pricing for Customer Relationship management (CRM) activities in a centralized database for wholesale customers and sales channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an pricing analyst or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
- Knowledge of SOX compliance pricing requirements
- Understanding of wholesale systems (CRM, ERP) and Excel
- High degree of analytical and technical skills (including Power BI & Automate)

Responsibilities:
- Enter, validate and process CRM activities coming from Wholesale channels so that customer pricing is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with wholesale sales support representatives and account managers by providing analytical support on Wholesale pricing or customer pricing related issues
- Calculate and process manual rebates for all Wholesale channels
- Manage customer freight conditions to ensure proper throughput costs are applied by uploading all changes in SAP
- Ongoing training to ensure CRM activity processes are followed and to meet SOX requirements
- Identify and implement pricing process improvements while documenting procedures and training backups to ensure role continuity
Location and other Key details:
- This is an office based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
- This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months
